Finally KONAMI have added some info about the end of Yu-Gi-Oh! ONLINE - DUEL EVOLUTION and DUEL ACCELERATOR BETA - on the Japnese Homepage:

From the information above we can infer that this Starterpass might not be sold in countries other than Japan?

Second, Duel Evolution (YGO2) and Duel Accelerator Beta will end on March 1 at 8:00 A.M. in the Japanese time, which means that it will end a little sooner than that for us.

However, Yugioh Online 3 Duel Accelerator will start on March 5 at 10:00 A.M. in the Japanese time.

This means that we will have another four day break from Yugioh Online.
