Two important announcements from Konami following todays maintenance.

Changes to the way BP are purchased via PayPal AND two more cards added to the ban list.

In order to increase security measures, we have changed how the process for purchasing BOOSTPASS codes will work. To increase security, you will now need to make sure that the information you have registered with Yu-Gi-Oh! ONLINE such as name and email address matches the information you have registered with PayPal. If this information does not match, you will be unable to purchase BOOSTERPASS code with your PayPal account.

The following cards have been banned from using in duels within Yu-Gi-Oh! Online.
If your deck contains these banned cards, you cannot duel with that deck.
When editing your deck, you cannot add these banned cards.
You can no longer obtain these banned cards from card packs.
